• Requests for tours, transfers, dining and rentals routed to your preferred partners
• Partner confirmation, and a confirmation sent to the guest with the partner's contact details
• Your concierge team can step in at any time

Your trusted partners, at no extra cost

We know many hotels already have preferred partners and commercial contracts in place. Bring them. There's no extra cost to use your own partners, and we're happy to onboard them onto the platform so they can work with it and with the AI too.

Access to the wider market, when you want it

We work with suppliers and partners across the UAE, so we can also help you find and compare new ones. We share market data on suppliers so you can see what's available: more competitive pricing, better guest reviews and a wider range of guest experiences. Hotels can use this to review existing commercial agreements with better information, and to add partners who offer stronger service. Partner standards and performance are reviewed using guest feedback, the number of bookings and competitive pricing.
