How does a request become a confirmed booking?
The guest sends a request through your branded enquiry page. The AI replies in their language and collects the details, a partner confirms availability and details through a secure link, and the guest receives the confirmation with the partner's contact details. Guest and partner then arrange payment directly.
Does it work alongside our existing hotel systems?
SS Deckly runs on its own and handles what happens beyond the room: transfers, dining, cars, yachts and excursions. It does not replace housekeeping, maintenance or in-room ordering tools. If you need a specific integration, ask us.

How much does SS Deckly cost?
Rental and tour operators choose from three monthly plans: Starter at AED 299, Professional at AED 799 and Enterprise at AED 1,299. Hotels and resorts are priced per room per month, scaled to property size and brand tier.
Does SS Deckly take payment for bookings?
No. SS Deckly charges a subscription only. Once a booking is confirmed, the guest and the partner exchange contact details and arrange payment directly.
Do we need to find partners ourselves?
No. If your hotel has preferred partners, we register them on the platform at no cost. If you would like suggestions, we can recommend partners.
How do you make sure partners meet our standards?
Hotels bring their own preferred partners, and we can suggest others if you want more choice. We set out what is expected of each partner and review their performance using guest feedback, the number of bookings and whether their pricing is competitive.
